Villa Alexia is real luxury is that you can leave the scooter parked. Most of what you came to Seminyak for is on foot from the front gate.
Double Six Beach is a short walk south, and Seminyak Beach is the same distance west. Both are long, wide stretches of golden sand with room to walk for an hour if you want to. Go in the early morning when it’s quiet and the light is soft, or go at five for the sunset. The sky turns amber and violet, the surfers become silhouettes, and every beanbag along the sand fills up. Kayu Aya Beach, just up the coast, is the calmer swim.
You have options within walking distance, from a plastic chair on the sand with a cold Bintang to a beach club with a proper cocktail list. Both are correct. The walk home takes ten minutes either way.
Seminyak has more spas per street than anywhere in Bali, and the good ones are minutes away. Or do not move at all, we will bring a therapist to the villa and you can have your massage by the pool.
Worth saying, because guests keep telling us some of their best days here were the ones where they did not leave. The pool, the media room, a board game that got out of hand, dinner cooked at home. That is what the villa is built for.
You can reach the surfing place in around 2-3 minutes using motorbike as our villa closing by for a surfing lesson.
